Delivery and returns

Deliveries

We deliver larger items ourselves and will help you assemble and install the furniture where you’d like it to stand, so it’s just right for you. We’re proud of our work and we want to keep our personal service right up until we say goodbye.

When you buy the item, you will be given an estimate of when to expect delivery – which tends to be between three and six weeks. We will then contact you closer to the time to arrange a specific day that works for you.

When it comes to delivery day, we’ll stay in touch to keep you updated on when we expect to be with you, and any time changes that occur due to other deliveries.

For some smaller items where assembly is not required, we may, from time to time, use a courier service. We will always use a recognised courier firm that allows you to track your parcel from our workshop to your door.

Returns

We are a small company who are committed to the quality of our products and the service we offer you. Should you not be happy with the product, we will work with you to resolve any issues where we possibly can.

If you do wish to return an item, you will have 14 days to notify us and then a further 14 days to return it back to us. We will then process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item. We would just prefer you talk to us about any issues you have though, as we believe we can always try and adapt something to make it work for you.

Please note that as many of our products are reclaimed, each piece will be slightly different in colour and texture. This is part of the product aesthetic and character, and not a defect. We work hard to make each item as close to the pictures online as possible.

Where the product being returned has been made specifically to order, for example to fit a space in your home, we will deduct a 20% charge before providing your refund to cover the materials adapted for your use.

Cancellation

If an order has been placed and subsequently made any cancellation will incur a 20% restocking charge.
